Strength, Precise, Fire Resistant, and Sustainable are some of the strongest reasons for using Structs cold formed steel framing system to build your project. Steel sections are printed using galvanized steel with a corrosion and rust resistant G-60 or G-90 rating. Machine cut and pre-drilled to a tolerances of less then 1mm for fast on-site assembly.
Compared to traditional wood construction, steel does not warp, and is an engineered material with precisely known and calculated load-bearing capacities. The result is a steel structure that can be built more accurately, and with less waste.

Steel is one of the most recycled materials on the planet! At the end of a steel buildings life cycle, 100% of it can be recycled. Most steel today in the consumer market contains approximately 25% recycled steel.

We have less than 2% overall waste within our printing facility, and 0% waste on site. This allows for one of the most efficient and environmentally friendly framing methods.
Precise
Our structures are printed within 1mm of their design drawings, something not possible when building with other materials. Steel will also not rot, warp, split, crack, or creep.
Fast
Using a Struct system can cut installation time by up to 75%. Wall, floor and roof sections are printed to the exact dimensions prior to leaving our factory. Once on site, a typical home can be built in about a week with exact precision. Windows, doors, and other materials can be pre-ordered with confidence, allowing for a huge reduction in overall construction time, from months to weeks.
Light
A steel structure is much lighter than building with concrete or wood. This dramatically reduces shipping costs and foundation requirements, allowing for a faster install on site.

The machine automatically bends, punches, drills and swages the pieces needed. The framing components are then assembled and ready for shipment to your site.

The machine automaticly bends, punches, drills and swages the pieces needed. The components are then assembled and ready for shipment to your site.
All sections of our framing packages are designed to be moved by hand or with small machinery. The struct frames are either bolted or screwed together on site. No on-site cutting, welding, or fabrication needed. All sections of our system are labeled and numbered so there is never any confusion. For a typical two-story home, the heaviest sections provided by Struct are typically under 300 pounds. This allows construction to be done by hand. No expensive heavy machinery is required.

Materials for the enviroment.
Struct systems are made with an average of 70% recycled content, and are themselves 100% recyclable. Additionally, since our systems are precision manufactured in a controlled environment, create almost no on-site waste. With traditional construction, between 20% and 30% of new building materials end up in a landfill.
Homeowner health & saftey.
Struct systems are impervious to rot and termites and are not conducive to mold growth. Struct systems give off no VOCs, promoting healthy indoor air quality. Additionally Struct systems are very strong, and are often deployed in areas with high seismic activity, and in areas with frequent storms and high wind loads.
